Do you break walls or tiles to find the leak?
No. We first locate the leak with a thermal camera, acoustic listening device and pressure test. For the repair, only a single tile or a small area at the leak point is opened.
How do you set your prices?
The prices on our website are starting prices. The final price is given to you in writing after the fault is diagnosed on site and before work begins; you are not charged for any work you have not approved.
Do you charge extra at night or on holidays?
No. We work with the same price list at night, at weekends and on public holidays.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year, and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No call-out fee is charged for faults covered by the guarantee.
